Statement against Anti-Social Forces and
Basic Policy

As a responsible company that contributes to society, we have established and implemented the following basic policy based on the government's guidelines for preventing damage caused by antisocial forces,
In addition, in order to prevent damage, we have established a crisis management system within the company, and have established and implemented the following basic policies

Organizational response

We will appoint a person in charge of preventing unjustified demands within the company, and respond to unjustified demands by antisocial forces as an organization as a whole,
We will also ensure the safety of the officers and employees who respond to such requests.

Cooperation with external professional organizations

In preparation for unjustified demands by antisocial forces, we will strengthen our system of cooperation with external specialized organizations such as the police, the Metropolitan Center for the Elimination of Boryokudan, and lawyers.

Cutting off all relationships, including business transactions

We will eliminate or cut off all relationships, including business transactions, with antisocial forces.

Civil and Criminal Legal Response to Emergencies

We will not accept any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces, and in the event of an emergency, we will resolutely take legal action, both civil and criminal.

Prohibition of backroom deals and funding

We will never engage in backroom deals with or provide funds to antisocial forces for any reason whatsoever.
