We strive to satisfy our customers from their point of view.

◆Insurance and other financial products

  • We will endeavor to explain and provide products in accordance with the customer's intentions and actual conditions, taking into consideration all necessary matters regarding the characteristics of the product, including the customer's knowledge of the product, purchase experience, purpose of purchase, and financial situation.
  • Especially for investment products that involve market risk, we will strive to provide appropriate explanations of the nature of the risks involved.
  • We will not solicit at times, places, or in ways that inconvenience our customers.
  • We will strive to ensure that customers correctly understand important information about our products. We will also strive to provide appropriate explanations depending on the form of sale.

◆For various types of correspondence

  • We will strive to respond to customer inquiries in a prompt, appropriate, and courteous manner.
  • We will strive to respond promptly, appropriately, and courteously when processing claims for insurance benefits.
  • We will make the best use of customers' opinions and requests in our sales activities.

We will comply with all laws and regulations and strive to properly sell insurance and other financial products.

  • We will comply with the Insurance Business Act, the Act on Provision of Financial Services, the Consumer Contract Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and other related laws and regulations.
  • In order to ensure proper sales, we will develop an office management system and provide training for sales personnel.
  • We respect the privacy of our customers and will handle and strictly manage customer information in an appropriate manner.
  • With respect to insurance policies, etc., insured by minors, especially those under 15 years of age, efforts will be made to properly solicit them from the viewpoint of preventing fraudulent acquisition of insurance benefits.
The above policy is the Firm's "Solicitation Policy" based on the "Law Concerning Provision of Financial Services" (Law No. 101 of 2000).
