In order to further contribute to our clients' business, we will continuously improve our information security.
This policy is a subordinate policy of the "Basic Policy on Information Security," which is provided separately.
Information security requirements applicable to the design and implementation of cloud services
We design and implement cloud services by applying the information security requirements of our customers and our established policy.
Risks of Cloud Services
We will implement control measures for risks related to cloud services identified in the risk assessment conducted for cloud services.
Access and protection of customer data by our employees
We may access your account in accordance with our terms and conditions to resolve cloud service or technical issues. We will not monitor, edit, or disclose your data without your prior permission, except as provided in our Terms and Conditions.
Notification of changes to customers
Information regarding changes in specifications for cloud services will be provided through postings on the Company's website and other means.
Account Management
You are responsible for creating and managing your account in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by us.
